The very latest progress in Ammono’s crystal growth technology was presented during an invited talk at the IWCGT5 in Berlin, Germany.

Ammono’s senior scientist dr. Marcin Zajac has presented the advances in Gallium Nitride material production stressing that Ammono is the world leader in the Ammonothermal technology and produces the largest truly-bulk gallium nitride crystals in the world which are characterized by extremely low dislocation density which enables new applications.
