InGaN laser diode (LD) mini-arrays with unprecedented power levels have been grown by the TopGaN company on the basis of Ammono GaN substrates. Polish Academy of Science, Institute of High Pressure Physics Unipress participated also in the project.
The very latest progress in Ammono’s crystal growth technology was presented during an invited talk at the IWCGT5 in Berlin, Germany.
Ammono was present at the biggest optoelectronic show in Taiwan – OPTO Taiwan. It was held on 14th -16th of June at the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall in Taipei. We had there a stand with our Taiwanese distributor Litrax (www.litrax.com.tw).
We would like to kindly inform you that on 7-th June 2011 year the legal form of Ammono Sp. z o.o. company was transformed from the company with limited liability into the joint stock company Ammono S.A.
The transfomation took place according to the way described in Art. 551 § 1 and next of commercial companies code, with consequences described in Art. 553 of the same code of commercial companies, according to which Ammono S.A. company (as a transformed company) inherits all rights and responsibilities of Ammono Sp. z o.o. company (a company being transformed).
